Contemporary praise songs combined with great hymns of the faith is the basis of First United Methodist Church’s contemporary music worship service.
Tastefully coordinated with multimedia sermons and video worship enhancements, NewSpirit offers a casual worship environment with unlimited creative elements. God is always paramount with songs sung directly to Him lending to a more intimate worship atmosphere.
The NewSpirit praise team consists of two keyboards, guitar, bass guitar, percussion, with a total of 10 vocalists. Each singer presents solos throughout the year. The music is fresh and up to date with the latest sounds of Christian music from Paul Baloche, Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, and Hillsong United, to mention a few.
Excellence in worship from every aspect is to be expected when one comes to NewSpirit.
